Calligraphy Catch Up
Monday Afternoons | 13.00-16.00 | £230 OR £200 | 10 weeks
This regular calligraphy class will give you the opportunity to explore a whole range of techniques and resources and keep yourself actively practising your calligraphy skills.
Danielle will guide you through using nibs, paint brushes, brush pens; different inks; and different styles.
During the first class, as a new participant you will receive a starter kit with an oblique pen holder, nib, ink, brush pen, pad of paper, pencil, a brush and Danielle’s custom guide sheets, and instructions. There will also be shared coloured inks and brush pens to be kept at the studio.
You can choose not to receive the kit but this is only recommended for those who have already attended the course previously. There will still be paper and ink for you to use during class, but you won’t get a box or ink pots and will need to bring your own nibs, holder, brush pens and brushes.
This will be our last regular course with Danni but she hopes to continue to offer short courses for us.
It will be 10 Monday afternoon classes. We take a break over half term.
This course is suitable for those with no experience.
