Learn to Draw | Fieldmouse
with Emily Rose
Monday 24th May | 10.00-13.00 | £50
A relaxing and friendly workshop learning to draw a realistic detailed fieldmouse with pastel pencils.
This half-day workshop in pastel pencils is a fantastic opportunity to dust off your drawing skills and get to grips with the wonderful medium of pastel pencils. Professional artist, Emily Rose, will guide you through every step from the underpainting and how to create them, to those fine details which bring her work to life.
Emily teaches in a hands-on fashion with a short demonstration followed by one to one help as you complete each step so that you’ll get the most from this workshop.
This workshop will focus on creating fur, so, if you are looking to draw other mammals like hares and pets, this is a great lesson for you!
All abilities are welcome, no drawing experience is required for this workshop and Emily promises you will leave with a drawing to be proud of and a brand-new set of skills.
All equipment and materials will be provided and are included in the cost. However a second price option includes a set of pencils and an extra board to take home with you. You may wish to bring glasses for close-up work if you need them.
