Cambridge Art Makers is a not for profit organisation in Linton, Cambridgeshire. We offer a range of weekly and short courses for adults and children in textiles & mixed media, drawing and painting, jewellery & silversmithing, glass, woodwork and patchwork and quilting, with new courses being added frequently. If you can’t find a course you’re looking for sign up to our newsletter and email us in case it’s something we are already planning, or can set up.

We run all our classes from 6 Lintech Court, in the charming village of Linton and we are delighted to be sharing the premises with Cambridge Woodwind Makers. We have a two storey building with wood, metal and glass workshop space in the downstairs area; primarily used by Cambridge Woodwind Makers but also used by Cambridge Art Makers. Upstairs comprises the main art studio, and our lovely kitchen for tea, coffee, biscuits and lunch for all-day classes.

The trustees are pleased to have Susannah and her sister Rosemary Bangham to undertake the day to day running of these courses and the charity.

In our creative and inspiring space custom kitted for art and craft courses, you can let your imagination and creativity run free under the expert eye of our highly accomplished artisan tutors.

The tutors and we look forward to welcoming you to Lintech court soon.

Dear visitor, without being able to run our courses during this pandemic our income is compromised. We have lots of loyal participants who are supporting us at this time, and we want to be able to get up and running quickly when possible. If you would like to support too, please buy vouchers for courses in the future or donate.

Come and see the work of our tutors and participants during Open Studios.
